*Strong proficiency and fluency in English is required to support English speaking customers

Description:
The successful candidate will be an expert on Wireless Devices product features and
will need to identify and resolve basic to moderately complex issues relating to sales queries or Wireless Devices products and policies whilst working within established guidelines. He/She will need to manage issues from the customers and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Lastly, the successful candidate needs to function comfortably in a fast-paced, performance-based contact center environment where calls are listened, monitored, reviewed, and assessed.
