ㅇ Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree required
- A minimum of 3 years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have 3-5 year of experience working in cosmetic industry R&D with chemistry background
- Must have knowledge of basic cosmetics ingredients and their functionality
- Must be well aware of stability program in cosmetic industry
- To work upon daily bench top experiments assigned by senior team members
- Must be aware of FDA regulations for OTC cosmetics products, If needed can prepare Ingredient decks
- Knowledge of Performing routine laboratory tests including but not limited to pH analysis, Viscosity measurement, Specific gravity measurement, percentage solids, fill Measurement, Specific gravity measurement, percentage solids, fill weight determination
- Must have knowledge of working with word & excel program
- AS degree in biology, microbiology, or chemistry
- At least 5 years experience in cosmetic product, FDA regulated products or medical device company with 3 years in supervision is required
- Working experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Knowledge of related Federal and State regulations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills required
- Also required are excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and the ability to exercise authority, manage conflict, and influence others to a point of view in a positive way
- Customer and team-focused, proactive, and seeks continuous improvement
- Computer skills, must know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access |
