ㅇPosition: eCommerce Developer/Programmer
* Complete management of the e-commerce site with oversight and coordination for all enhancements, continuous improvements, version launches, and promotions
* Participates in defining the strategic direction of the e-commerce site in order to manage conversion rate optimization, collaborate with internal and external teams to develop enhancements for websites and marketing channels
ㅇEssential Job Functions
- Develop the strategic direction of the e-commerce roadmap and develop and launch enhancements for e-commerce website
- Development coordination for the website, tracking and resolving open issues, and developing solutions and tools to address customer issues and maintenance challenges
- Create and execute content as needed for the website. Work with team to manage search/keywords, social media marketing, online ads, videos, and other collateral
- Partner with operations to maximize fulfillment, freight, planning and logistics
- Drive revenue, improve our return-on-investment (ROI), new account sales goal and achieve other key performance indicators (KPI)
- Partner and collaborate with retail team to drive events and grow sales
- Development of a user feedback including customer and internal team feedback related to the website usability, content, look and feel
