The Consultants role is to establish partnerships with and gain true understanding of clients' and candidates' needs, enabling the consultant to successfully place the right candidate with the right client. On the client side, the Consultant will work closely with companies to gain understanding of and identify needs for key talent, and support the client in developing proper job descriptions, match candidates to appropriate jobs, and negotiate offer terms and conditions. The consultant also needs to take a deeper interest on the candidate side, not just in utilizing appropriate resources in identifying candidates for our clients, but above all listen to and gain understanding of what the candidate is really looking for.
