Novus live and breathe quality automotive parts. We are internationally operating automotive parts supplier with over 15 years of experience. We partnered with top tier OE suppliers as well as independent high performance parts manufacturer / developer to find, develop, and deliver the best.
1. Account coordinator will compile data, in charge of book-keeping, monthly P&L, AR and AP, and assisting and processing orders and shipping.
Responsibilities includes:
- Process daily orders received from our sales channels, and wholesale.
- Provide timely and accurate data entry and order processing
- Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Respond to any correspondence and emails by vendor in timely manner
- Communicate with vendors regards any accounting related inquiries
- Creating invoices for accounting task
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Perform all other administrative assistance task
Requirements include:
- Previous experience in billing, accounting, or other related fields preferably in e-commerce or retail environment
- Experience in QuickBooks
- Clear understanding and experience in bookkeeping
- Solid knowledge of accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask amongst various tasks
- Must be a positive minded team-player
- Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently
- BA or BS degree in accounting with professional experience (internship included) in accounting preferable
- Must be fluent in English
Understanding of Korean is a plus but NOT required.
2. As an e-Commerce Specialist, you are expected to be a great team member with following requirements.
Responsibilities includes:
- Assist in managing, optimizing and analyzing Amazon, eBay and Shopify
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the social media campaigns
- Assist with website maintenance and updates.
- Assist with social media maintenance (posts).
- Monitor our item listings and pricing level on sales channels and various platforms.
- Perform administrative support to team and management ensuring smooth daily operations of the service department.
- Monitor and analyze invoices and communicate with shipping vendor
- Assist with any e-commerce related tasks
Requirements includes:
- Experience as a professional seller in e-commerce or online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon and Shopify
- Passion for cars and interest is a PLUS
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with energetic and outgoing personality
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Must be detail oriented
- Experience in multi-cultural environment with non-native English-speaking co-workers is a plus
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be a team-player
