기타 근로조건 • Yearly gross salary paid in 14-month intervals
• A yearly MBO (= Management By Objective) Bonus paid out yearly in February depending on the total company financial results and individual performance

• 26 days of annual leave, after 2 years 29.5 days, and after the fourth year it will increase to 33 years.
• 5 workday-week with optional home office day on Fridays.
