<Job Purpose>
1. Analyse external and internal business environment along with current business status to strategically identify critical issues and develop responsive strategies to set the course of action
2. Develop action plans to strengthen competitiveness based on assessment of internal competencies and processes
3. Communicate strategic vision globally and execute high priority tasks to support top management
<Key Responsibility>
Analysis of business environment & Identification of critical Issues (60%)
- Sense risks preemptively by researching and analyzing industry, technology, consumer trends and economic and political environment changes and analyze how these factors will impact on our company.
- Examine risk factors based on internal and external environmental changes and identify areas and issues which need to be addressed strategically.
Development of response strategy (20%)
- Perform to set up a mid- to long-term change directions like upgrading internal business capability and innovating processes and take measures to strengthen competitiveness by stage.
Support to Management (20%)
- Perform activities to prepare messages which are shared globally and across the business organization (globally and/or across the company and etc.) and to address urgent internal and external tasks and to support management activities.
