1. IT Infra management & operation
• Managing IT infra assets (servers, network equipment, server rooms, TPS rooms, and other IT infrastructure-related)
• Establishing/implementing maintenance plans to prevent failures and managing the overall situation to ensure prompt resolution when IT system failures occur
• IT infrastructure design and design change management
• Regular preventive inspection of IT infrastructure equipment and software version update management
• Resource utilization management of IT infrastructure equipment
• Monitor indicators and status of IT Infra assets
• Trouble shooting for IT Infra related problem.
• Plan and implement improvement measures such as hardware and software upgrades
• Respond to system issues in timely manner.
• Managing Backup, security and user support systems.
• Implement regular server check when the model change in production is expected
• Plan and implement improvement measures such as server and OS upgrades based on technical analysis.
• Respond to system issues in timely manner.
• Cooperation with the headquarters and SKOH's application developers, security experts, OA engineers, etc.
2. Participate IT Project
• Install IT Infra device & equipment
• Design and analyze Infra architecture (Physical and logical)
• Project management involving installation and modification of IT infra devices
• Performance and manpower management of outsourced companies responsible for IT infrastructure operations
3. Managing IT monitoring manpower
• Management of work performance of IT technicians who monitor 24*365 status of IT infrastructure equipment and provide primary response to production issues
4. Other tasks as assigned
