* Supply Chain Management
Make Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable. Communicate with Stores and Cross docking vendors. Create and analyze Sales Report Update (Weekly Inventory report, Category performance report, Item Inventory report)
* MD
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationship with customers
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction with after-sale follow-up
- Respond to and assist with sales inquiries or concerns
- Develop exceptional customer service at all times when communicating with store management
- Make a significant impact on sales and improve the customer buying experience
- Complete other duties and assigned by the supervisor
